This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Support the qualification of proprietary systems by effectively implementing bid strategies to secure business.
• Serve as a bridge between the Engineering Department and the client to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate business review meetings with customers and communicate customer insights internally through call reports.
• Keep an updated prospect list and detailed quote log to monitor success rates.
• Conduct customer visits and participate in conferences as necessary to gain insights into industry needs and market development.
• Showcase all stages of the sales process, including prospecting, acquiring, identifying, and qualifying customers.
• Create and implement a business development strategy focused on transportation, private development, commercial projects, and infrastructure construction.
• Willingness to travel regionally between 25% - 50% of the time.
• At least 2 years of work experience in heavy civil, bridge, or concrete construction projects is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated, and a self-starter.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
