This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the business development and sales initiatives, concentrating on significant accounts and high-value partnerships.
• Meet and surpass sales targets within the designated region.
• Collaborate with end-customers for validation, testing, and prototyping processes.
• Engage with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to incorporate our technology.
• Work closely with partners to enhance territory coverage and stimulate further growth.
• Interact with engineering teams as well as senior management.
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer relationships and monitor sales activities.
• Contribute to expanding the business presence and market share in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and surrounding countries.
• Strong experience in sales, channel, and account management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of industrial automation.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding relationships with large industrial clients.
• Technical understanding of robotics and/or automation systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sectors in Northern Europe, including key areas such as automotive and aerospace components, medical devices, electronics and electrical equipment, as well as pharmaceuticals and biotech research.
• Self-driven, organized, and commercially focused with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems; being an advanced user of CRM tools is crucial.
• Fluent in English.
