This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Promote and sell all Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians, and other authorized customers within the designated geographical area to achieve set quotas and sales goals.
• Engage in face-to-face sales meetings with physicians, nurses, and other key purchasing influencers within the sales territory to showcase, provide in-service training, and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies capital and disposable products.
• Accountable for the effective implementation of Sales Action Plans.
• Strategically plan and execute sales calls to all pertinent hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and doctor’s offices within the territory.
• Offer support and service to clinical staff regarding the products in a surgical setting.
• Report competitive activities within the territory to the Region Manager and maintain all necessary records and reports as requested in a timely manner.
• Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience, OR Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical settings, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven track record in medical sales, preferably with ENT products.
• Familiarity with the ENT assigned product/therapy customer base.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy.
• Should be able to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
