This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with physicians, nurses, and other key purchasing decision-makers within the sales territory to showcase, in-service, and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies capital and disposable products.
• Accountable for the effective implementation of Sales Action Plans.
• Strategize, plan, and successfully carry out sales calls to all pertinent hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and physicians' offices within the territory.
• Offer support and services to clinical staff regarding the Products in a surgical setting.
• Communicate competitive activities within the territory to the Region Manager and maintain all necessary records and reports as required in a timely manner.
• Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience* OR an Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of experience* OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience*
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven track record in medical sales, preferably with ENT products.
• Familiarity with the ENT assigned product/therapy customer base.
