This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive sales initiatives by engaging in face-to-face meetings with physicians, nurses, and other influential purchasers within the designated sales territory.
• Accountable for the effective implementation of Sales Action Plans.
• Execute strategic sales interactions with pertinent hospital departments, outpatient surgery centers, and medical offices.
• Offer support and services to clinical staff concerning products used in surgical settings.
• Communicate competitive activities within the territory to the Region Manager while maintaining comprehensive records and reports.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience, OR an Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Proven track record in medical sales, ideally with ENT products.
• Familiarity with the ENT product/therapy customer base assigned.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
• A valid driver's license and an active vehicle insurance policy are required.
• Ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory, which may involve overnight travel.
