Area Sales Manager – Distribution Sales

📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a team of Key Channel Executives to meet sales and financial objectives.

• Enhance customer and channel relationships by creating impactful partnerships.

• Provide guidance to your team regarding account strategies, pricing, and deal structures.

• Assist your team in territory management and boosting market share performance.

• Ensure accurate sales forecasts and present dashboard metrics effectively.

• Actively utilize and optimize all sales tools to aid in the overall management of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BS/BA degree is required, accompanied by 9+ years of experience in complex clinical sales.

• A strong preference for experience in the diagnostics sector and through distribution channels.

• A robust competitive drive and a focus on achieving results.

• A high-potential sales leader/manager/performer with a proven track record of career advancement.

• Strong negotiation and commercial skills, along with a willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required.
