This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee sales operations in Germany alongside a dedicated team.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with customers and channel partners, offering support to enhance their sales revenue.
• Provide precise business plan forecasts for the near term and report findings to management.
• Analyze the market landscape (demand, customers, etc.) and sales pipeline, implement business plans and forecasts, and deliver corresponding reports.
• Assist in the formulation of the sales strategy and marketing mix in collaboration with the marketing and sales engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing support, and partners to facilitate a seamless lead process.
• Negotiate proposals, prepare quotes, and drive sales follow-up while ensuring the established gross margin is maintained.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the security sector.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proficient in applying effective project management and run rate sales management techniques.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in Business & Account Development in a B2B context.
• Familiarity with CRM functionalities for project and sales management within Salesforce.
• Proficient in German and possess a good level of English, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to travel while managing one’s own schedule effectively.
