This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish a strategic network of key consultants and foster robust business relationships through regular visits, calls, and the organization of professional meetings, seminars, and events, some of which may occur outside standard working hours.
• Ensure timely responses to all inquiries and remain accessible to both customers and colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with the Nuaire Contractor Representative to identify successful contractors, ensuring specifications are maintained and profitably negotiated during the order phase.
• Seize opportunities to convert competitor specifications and design-and-build projects by diligently following project developments, sharing information with colleagues, and updating the company's tracking systems.
• Strive to meet and exceed area sales targets and key performance indicators, such as call frequency.
• Acquire and maintain product and technical expertise across the Nuaire product line and confidently present product and control information to diverse audiences.
• Build effective communication and collaborative relationships with the internal commercial sales office, technical teams, and other departments within the company.
• Report on market conditions and competitor activities to the business.
• Assist in marketing efforts to actively promote Nuaire product ranges both internally and externally to sustain high levels of brand and product recognition.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date project log, perform sales administration tasks, and provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Familiarity with the construction, mechanical specification, and contracting sectors.
• A valid, clean driving license.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships within a sales or professional context.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Self-aware with strong interpersonal skills—approachable and able to earn the respect and trust of customers and colleagues.
• Proficient IT skills for administrative tasks (Microsoft Office or equivalent).
