📋 Description

• Assist in initiatives aimed at expanding the IMI business both within and, when necessary, beyond personal areas of responsibility.

• Propel portfolio sales of IMI products.

• Concentrate on reactivating dormant plants and replacing competitor offerings in the sub-region.

• Ensure adherence to all IMI processes and protocols.

• Accountable for meeting established budget goals and Sales KPIs as defined annually.

• Foster strong relationships with customers in the market and pinpoint significant customer challenges that can be addressed with IMI products.

• Provide active support to Sales in the Sub-Region by visiting customers and agents at least 3-4 days a week.

• Oversee the sub-regional agent strategy to enhance Sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• A technical educational background (e.g., a University Degree in Engineering) or a commercial educational background (e.g., a University Degree in Economics or Business Development, MBA/BA).

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar Technical and Sales environment, preferably in the Valve Applications Industry.

• Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve peak performance in the shortest timeframe possible.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Serbo-Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian, etc., is advantageous.

• A structured, self-motivated, and organized work style.

• Absolute reliability towards customers, the IMI Sales organization, agents, distributors, and internal business units, embodying a "walk the talk" mentality.

• Utilize listening skills to effectively identify and resolve significant customer issues.

• Willingness to travel (minimum of 80%).
