This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new AOEM dealership accounts to enhance market penetration and create business opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with dealership owners, management teams, and key decision-makers to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Lead and support 3M channel partners and distributors, ensuring effective market coverage and the achievement of sales objectives.
• Boost secondary sales by promoting the adoption of 3M Value-Added Services throughout the designated dealership network.
• Meet primary billing targets and contribute to business growth in alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement territory development strategies to optimize revenue and increase market share.
• Advocate for New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives by effectively launching and promoting new offerings within the territory.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales and business development initiatives.
• 8–12 years of sales experience, ideally in the automotive aftermarket, OEM, auto accessories, lubricants, paints, adhesives, chemicals, or industrial products sectors.
• Strong proficiency in B2B sales, account management, and business development.
• Proven track record in OEM/dealership management and handling channel partners/distributors.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated capability to drive both primary and secondary sales while achieving business targets.
• High level of execution excellence with a strong focus on market development.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and adept at managing a large territory with minimal oversight.
