This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Effectively present and convey the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;

• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts and prospects;

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;

• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;

• Ensure consistent and efficient communication, whether through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;

• Educate dealers about Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for quick contract funding.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;

• College degree or relevant work experience is preferred;

• Solid understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;

• Previous experience in the Financial Services industry or at a Car Dealership is required;

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated history of success;

• Excellent presentation skills;

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;

• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;

• Results-driven mindset: focused on achieving objectives aligned with company goals;

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team;

• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to meet with Auto Dealers;

• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a critical function.
