Area Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Enhance the volume of funded deals by collaborating with dealers.

• Showcase and convey company products and services to dealers in person.

• Identify sales opportunities and engage with assigned accounts.

• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from calls to Independent and Franchise dealers.

• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors.

• Maintain ongoing communication with dealer partners regarding current programs.

• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

• College degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).

• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales.

• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership.

• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a verified track record of success.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales methodologies.

• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.

• Results-oriented: achieving objectives in alignment with Company goals.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealer visits.
