This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify and engage sales prospects as well as manage other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone inquiries for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Ensure constant and effective communication with dealer partners regarding current programs, through phone calls or in-person meetings;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• College degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented approach: achieving goals in line with Company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
