This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.
• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether through phone calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is desired;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented and aligned with company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an asset;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
