This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver and communicate the company's products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Educate dealers about Western Funding, including the essential documentation required for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented, ensuring alignment with Company goals;
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealer visits.
