• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to various levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and engage with these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls or in-person meetings with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent (required);
• College degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven track record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals aligned with company objectives;
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
