This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Present and articulate the company's products and services to management levels within both Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone communications with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether by phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding procedures, including the necessary documentation required for prompt contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated history of success;
• Excellent presentation skills that are clear and effective;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented approach, aligning efforts with company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealer visits.
