• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all tiers of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals that arise from telephone communications for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, through phone or in-person interactions, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or comparable work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within an Automotive Dealership;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales methodologies;
• Strong computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented: ability to achieve objectives aligned with company goals;
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
