This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Effectively present and convey the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships through in-person interactions.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these accounts along with other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Build, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain constant and efficient communication with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs.
• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, ensuring they understand the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Possession of a High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales industries.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership setting.
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated history of success.
• Effective and clear presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques.
• Robust computer skills and an ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Results-oriented approach: achieving objectives in alignment with company goals.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role, as driving is a fundamental function.
