• Engage and convey the company’s products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts and prospects;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals that arise from phone interactions with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with existing and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, through calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• College degree or comparable work experience is preferred;
• Solid understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills and aptitude for new technologies;
• Results-driven: ability to accomplish tasks in line with company goals;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
