This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Effectively present and convey the company’s products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether via phone calls or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers in Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for quick funding of contracts.
• A solid understanding of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or comparable work experience is preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is crucial;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is needed;
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are necessary;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques is important;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technology are essential;
• Results-oriented mindset: ability to accomplish tasks aligned with company goals;
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers is required;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
