This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Effectively present and articulate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts and prospects;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls targeting Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Ensure consistent and productive communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding existing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• Preferred: College degree or equivalent professional experience;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales position with a demonstrated history of success;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Knowledgeable in warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented approach, aligned with company objectives;
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
