This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Deliver and articulate company products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships through in-person interactions;
• Recognize sales opportunities and reach out to these and other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone interactions with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer network;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether via phone or face-to-face, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Educate dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or comparable work experience is preferred;
• Strong knowledge in Automotive, Finance, and Sales is required;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is beneficial;
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated history of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are necessary;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales methodologies is expected;
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies are required;
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving objectives in line with Company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers is necessary.
