This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to all tiers of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;

• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;

• Follow up on new opportunities and referrals generated from phone inquiries for Independent and Franchise dealers;

• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks;

• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either via phone or in-person, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;

• Educate dealers on Western Funding processes, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales

• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership

• 1-2 years of prior experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success

• Clear and effective presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies

• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to emerging technologies

• Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving Company objectives

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers

• A valid driver's license is required for this role, as driving is a key responsibility.
