This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, whether through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven success record
• Clear and effective presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technology
• Results-oriented approach to achieving Company objectives
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
