This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Effectively present and convey company products and services to various levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person.
• Identify potential sales prospects and engage with these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities.
• Maintain constant and effective communication, both via phone and in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for quick contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales role with a proven track record of achievement.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledgeable in warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technologies.
• Results-oriented with a focus on accomplishing tasks aligned with Company objectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
