This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Deliver and convey company products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Recognize sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals that arise from phone calls made to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either via phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is necessary;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are needed;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies is required;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are necessary;
• Results-oriented approach: achieving objectives in alignment with company goals;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers is required;
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role, as driving is a core function.
