This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Actively showcase and convey the company's products and services to management at all levels within both Independent and Franchise Dealerships, in person.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls targeting Independent and Franchise dealers.
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer networks.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with dealer partners regarding current programs, whether via phone or in person.
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, ensuring they understand the necessary documentation for prompt contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• College degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors.
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated record of achievement.
• Clear and effective presentation skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques.
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.
• Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving alignment with company objectives.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
• A valid driver's license is a requirement for this role, as driving is a fundamental function.
