This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Effectively present and communicate the company’s products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify and engage sales prospects, along with managing other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone communications with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Ensure constant and effective communication, both through phone calls and in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Train dealers on the Western Funding process, including the necessary documentation for prompt contract funding.
• A solid understanding of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong knowledge in Automotive, Finance, and Sales is necessary;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a documented history of success;
• Clear and effective presentation abilities;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented with the ability to align actions with Company objectives;
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
