• Effectively present and convey the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify and reach out to sales prospects as well as other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and efficient communication, whether through phone calls or face-to-face, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Educate dealers on Western Funding procedures, including the necessary documentation for rapid contract funding.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
• College degree or relevant work experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales position with a proven success record
• Clear and effective presentation abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
• Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Results-oriented approach: achieving objectives in line with Company goals
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key responsibility.
