• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all levels of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for the prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
• College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred);
• Strong understanding of the Automotive, Finance, and Sales industries;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership;
• 1-2 years of previous experience in a demanding sales role with a documented history of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented: achieving objectives in alignment with Company goals;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a key function.
