This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through telephone outreach for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain ongoing and effective communication, whether via phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation required for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales industries;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or at a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated track record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills that are clear and effective;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented approach to achieving company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
