This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Effectively present and communicate the company’s products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or in person, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift funding of contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is essential;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are essential;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques is important;
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technology are necessary;
• Results-oriented mindset: ability to achieve objectives in alignment with Company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team;
• Being bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Must be comfortable traveling up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is essential for this position, as driving is a key function.
