• Deliver and articulate the company's products and services to all tiers of management within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and engage with these and other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone communications with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Build, nurture, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication through phone calls or face-to-face interactions with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• In-depth understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales sectors;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven record of achievement;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are necessary;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales strategies is important;
• Solid computer skills and adaptability to new technologies are essential;
• Results-driven approach: achieving objectives aligned with Company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting;
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
