• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to management at all levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships through in-person interactions;
• Identify potential sales prospects and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with dealer partners regarding current programs via phone calls or in-person meetings;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding processes, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales principles;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required;
• 1-2 years of experience in a challenging sales position with a demonstrated track record of success;
• Exceptional presentation skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented mindset that aligns with Company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers.
