This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Present and articulate the company's products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify and engage sales prospects as well as other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone interactions with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and potential dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether via phone or in person, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training for dealers focusing on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is required;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is beneficial;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are necessary;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales strategies is a plus;
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies are required;
• Results-oriented approach: achieving objectives aligned with the company's goals;
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a crucial function.
