This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Deliver and articulate the company’s products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales prospects and engage with these accounts, along with other designated accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals obtained from phone inquiries for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding current programs;
• Educate dealers at Western Funding on the necessary documentation required for prompt funding of contracts.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• A college degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred;
• Solid understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or in a Car Dealership setting;
• 1-2 years of prior experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation abilities;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment scheduling, and sales strategies;
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented mindset: achieving objectives in line with Company goals;
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a fundamental duty.
