This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Effectively present and convey information about company products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales leads and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Build, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either through phone calls or face-to-face interactions, with dealer partners regarding existing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory);
• College degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is necessary;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role with a proven record of success;
• Excellent presentation skills that are clear and effective;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-oriented: capable of achieving objectives that align with Company goals;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for visits to Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is essential for this role, as driving is a key responsibility.
