• Deliver and articulate the company’s products and services to various management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Recognize sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from phone calls for Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer sectors;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, either through phone calls or in-person meetings, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Educate dealers on Western Funding procedures, including the necessary documentation for swift contract funding.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential;
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales is necessary;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is required;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a demonstrated record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills are a must;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are required;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and sales methodologies;
• Solid computer skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies;
• Results-driven approach: achieving objectives aligned with Company goals;
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for dealer visits;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
