This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to these and other assigned accounts;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through telephone interactions with Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, sustain, and enhance relationships with current and prospective dealer partners within the Independent and Franchise Dealer communities;
• Maintain constant and effective communication, through phone calls or face-to-face meetings, with dealer partners regarding existing programs;
• Provide training to dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is required;
• A college degree or equivalent work experience is preferred;
• Strong understanding of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Prior experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales role demonstrating a proven track record of success;
• Clear and effective presentation skills;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving Company objectives;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is an advantage;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers;
• A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role, as driving is a key function.
