This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Effectively present and communicate the company's products and services to all management levels within Independent and Franchise Dealerships in person;
• Identify potential sales opportunities and reach out to assigned accounts and prospects;
• Follow up on new leads and referrals generated from telephone outreach to Independent and Franchise dealers;
• Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with current and prospective dealer partners in the Independent and Franchise Dealer community;
• Maintain consistent and effective communication, whether through phone calls or face-to-face interactions, with dealer partners regarding ongoing programs;
• Provide training for dealers on Western Funding, including the necessary documentation for expedited contract funding.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory;
• College degree or relevant work experience is preferred;
• In-depth knowledge of Automotive, Finance, and Sales;
• Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector or within a Car Dealership is essential;
• 1-2 years of experience in a demanding sales position with a proven success record;
• Strong and effective presentation skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Familiarity with warm calling, appointment setting, and various sales techniques;
• Strong computer skills with adaptability to new technologies;
• Results-oriented mindset: focused on achieving objectives aligned with company goals;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus;
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to meet with Auto Dealers.
