This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee assigned territory, driving sales through both existing and new clients while enhancing the customer base and market presence.
• Perform customer analysis to comprehend business needs and identify opportunities.
• Build sales pipelines, ensuring their progression and consistent activity; engage in cold calling and on-site visits to achieve and surpass individual and team objectives.
• Make a minimum of 30 cold calls each day, schedule 5 meetings daily, and conduct 2-3 meetings each day.
• Implement and execute the Company’s sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all product offerings.
• Professionally educate customers about the product lineup; possess in-depth knowledge of device indications, efficacy, safety, and how our products meet customer needs; conduct product demonstrations in compliance with Company protocols.
• Establish, cultivate, and sustain positive business relationships with customers; regularly visit all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the full sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms in accordance with Company guidelines, escalating issues as necessary.
• Ensure the integrity of CRM data (Salesforce) through regular updates, compile reports, and participate in calls and meetings as required.
• Assist with installation at customer sites following the Company's methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in annual and quarterly budgets.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments including Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
• BA/BS University Degree or an equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in medical aesthetics sales.
• Proven experience in selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Exceptional cold calling, selling, and negotiation skills with the ability to foster relationships with prospects and clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with all internal departments.
• Self-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must possess a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel primarily within the territory, along with occasional travel within North America and internationally as required.
