This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee territory management, driving sales through both existing and prospective customers; aim to expand customer base and market presence.
• Perform customer analyses to comprehend business needs and identify opportunities.
• Build and maintain sales pipelines, ensuring ongoing activity and progression; engage in cold calling and on-site visits to achieve and surpass individual and team objectives.
• Execute a minimum of 30 cold calls daily, secure 5 meetings each day, and conduct 2-3 meetings daily.
• Implement and execute the Company’s sales strategy effectively.
• Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all products offered.
• Professionally educate customers about the product lineup; demonstrate knowledge regarding device indications, efficacy, safety, and how our products meet customer demands; conduct product demonstrations in compliance with Company protocols.
• Foster, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships; visit all accounts routinely to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Complete the full sales cycle, including contracts, quotes, and terms as per Company guidelines, escalating matters when necessary.
• Uphold the integrity of CRM data (Salesforce) through regular updates, compile reports, and participate in calls and meetings as required.
• Assist with installations at customer sites following the Company's methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve sales targets as established through annual and quarterly budgets.
• Timely forecast and submit sales reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales.
• 1–3 years of preferred experience in medical aesthetics sales.
• Proven experience selling lasers, RF, and/or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons, and Med Spas.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Exceptional cold calling, selling, and negotiation skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with prospects and customers.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with all internal departments.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Must possess a vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Travel primarily within the territory, with some travel required within North America and internationally.
• Willingness to travel overnight within the territory (minimum of 3 nights per week depending on territory) and outside of the territory for national trade shows, training, and other events.
• Ability to relocate for potential growth opportunities.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
