This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Drive the company's growth by identifying and securing new opportunities.
• Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Gather and disseminate information regarding market expansion, potential products, and competitive analysis to the team.
• Assess market volume and establish sales targets for the upcoming decade.
• Create a sales calendar for the region that aligns with the overall business strategy of the company.
• Explore the market for leads and build a list of prospects through networking efforts.
• Meet with new clients to present Technica, evaluate potential inquiries, and complete a contact report for each engagement.
• Leverage visits from other engineers in the area by assigning them specific tasks.
• Respond to all leads within 48 hours.
• Develop pre-trip plans for the territory and provide reports to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure claims are appropriately addressed and reach out to customers to confirm their satisfaction.
• Support the sales team through networking connections and collaborate to enhance growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling industrial automation solutions.
• Understanding of financial aspects and economic conditions of the territory.
• Knowledge of solutions relevant to the industry.
• Familiarity with partner products.
• Strong negotiation and selling abilities.
• Awareness of competitive landscape and market dynamics.
• Excellent bonding and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
