This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in driving revenue growth and support scientific endeavors.
• Cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships with customers.
• Advocate for a diverse range of innovative products and services.
• Execute sales strategies while identifying new business prospects.
• Deliver exceptional support to empower customers in achieving their objectives.
• Master's Degree along with 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the scientific/laboratory sector, or equivalent laboratory experience.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to grasp complex product applications and workflows.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
• Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong skills in territory management and strategic account planning.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities for creating effective sales strategies.
• Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a matrix environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 70% within the designated territory.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills may be necessary based on territory demands.
