This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Drive sales growth, meeting and potentially exceeding sales goals within the assigned territory, aligned with Revvity Genomics' strategy.
• Directly market the company's products or services to end-users.
• Establish new accounts and/or enhance existing ones within a defined geographic area, industry, or product segment.
• Recognize customer needs and trends, effectively showcasing Revvity products and support services.
• Maintain a well-balanced prospect pipeline that includes short, mid, and long-term opportunities to ensure the ongoing achievement of semi-annual territory targets.
• Proactively promote the added value of Revvity's products and services while negotiating optimal pricing to prevent price erosion.
• Aid in resolving customer issues through effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide and maintain comprehensive account mapping for all accounts, ensuring accurate customer and prospect data is upheld.
• Understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively to secure sales.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and its current and prospective markets.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, events, and demonstrations.
• Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process dictated by the prospective customer.
• Assess personal sales performance, striving to meet or surpass targets.
• Develop a thorough understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices with peers.
• Close sales opportunities and provide regular updates to your immediate manager.
• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Resourceful and proactive.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales representative role, preferably within the industry.
• At least 1 year of prior management experience or a demonstrated eagerness and ability to grasp management fundamentals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting methodologies.
