• Optimize Sales & Profits – Increase customer sales across all OX product categories, achieving profitable gross margin returns and meeting annual budget goals for the territory.
• Master Your Territory – Oversee your region to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while ensuring excellent customer service and coverage.
• Be a Sales Leader – Maintain a systematic call cycle, meet daily KPIs, and continually seek new business opportunities within your territory.
• Drive Key Account Development – Assist and present National and Key Account initiatives to meet growth expectations set by senior management.
• Data-Informed Selling – Daily use of CRM systems (Salesforce & Sales-I) to analyze customer information, monitor performance, and maximize "Live the Trade" growth opportunities.
• Promote & Expand – Showcase OX promotional activities to boost sales, increase shelf space, and enhance in-store brand visibility.
• Champion New Products – Consistently introduce new product launches and ensure quarterly goals are met.
• Strategic Resource Oversight – Efficiently manage Merchandisers, Trade Shows Product Management support, and in-store training programs.
• Brand Advocate – Propel OX marketing initiatives, enhance social media presence in accordance with company guidelines, and represent the brand at trade events and customer interactions.
• Field Sales Experience – Background in field sales or account management.
• Proven Sales Success – A solid track record of account growth, acquiring new business, and meeting sales objectives.
• CRM Expertise – Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage activities and enhance performance.
• Relationship Developer – Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the capability to establish relationships at all levels.
• Outstanding Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self-Motivated Attitude – Driven, organized, and eager to exceed targets and identify new opportunities.
• Resilient Attitude – Positive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Valid Driving License – A requirement for this role.
