β’ Optimize Sales & Profits β Increase customer sales across all OX product categories, achieving profitable gross margin returns and meeting annual budget goals for the territory.
β’ Master Your Territory β Oversee your region to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while ensuring excellent customer service and coverage.
β’ Be a Sales Leader β Maintain a systematic call cycle, meet daily KPIs, and continually seek new business opportunities within your territory.
β’ Drive Key Account Development β Assist and present National and Key Account initiatives to meet growth expectations set by senior management.
β’ Data-Informed Selling β Daily use of CRM systems (Salesforce & Sales-I) to analyze customer information, monitor performance, and maximize "Live the Trade" growth opportunities.
β’ Promote & Expand β Showcase OX promotional activities to boost sales, increase shelf space, and enhance in-store brand visibility.
β’ Champion New Products β Consistently introduce new product launches and ensure quarterly goals are met.
β’ Strategic Resource Oversight β Efficiently manage Merchandisers, Trade Shows Product Management support, and in-store training programs.
β’ Brand Advocate β Propel OX marketing initiatives, enhance social media presence in accordance with company guidelines, and represent the brand at trade events and customer interactions.
β’ Field Sales Experience β Background in field sales or account management.
β’ Proven Sales Success β A solid track record of account growth, acquiring new business, and meeting sales objectives.
β’ CRM Expertise β Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce to manage activities and enhance performance.
β’ Relationship Developer β Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the capability to establish relationships at all levels.
β’ Outstanding Communication Skills β Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Self-Motivated Attitude β Driven, organized, and eager to exceed targets and identify new opportunities.
