This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Manage sales performance across various areas, ensuring that teams achieve or surpass their quotas.
• Recruit, mentor, and train sales representatives while promoting best practices and fostering professional growth.
• Recognize and address areas of underperformance through guidance, improvement plans, or corrective measures.
• Formulate and execute regional sales strategies, including cold-calling scripts, promotional initiatives, and client outreach strategies.
• Perform market research and analysis to support regional expansion efforts, identifying key competitors and target customer demographics.
• Establish individual and team benchmarks that align with overall company objectives, utilizing data to monitor and modify strategies.
• Authorize and oversee regional sales budgets, travel expenditures, and cost-control measures.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to guarantee product availability and fulfillment.
• Provide presentations and sales training to internal teams or external stakeholders as necessary.
• Utilize forecasting and sales analytics to distinguish between standard variances and declining trends.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership or regional management position.
• Proven experience in conducting market analysis and managing regional expansions.
• Strong comprehension of sales pipeline management and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
