This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing field sales team through structured capability development and on-the-job training.
• Take ownership of and implement the annual business strategy for your region, achieving revenue, distribution, and execution key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with key accounts and distributors to foster sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• Ensure exceptional in-store execution across all channels by effectively managing the field force and distributors.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial outcomes.
• Utilize category insights and data to sway customer decisions and uncover growth opportunities.
• Monitor performance through regular reporting and proactively take steps to address gaps and drive ongoing improvement.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales or commercial positions, with familiarity in field sales, key accounts, and distributor management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets; experience in leading or coaching teams is a plus.
• Strong commercial insight with a comprehensive understanding of route-to-market and sales principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• No relocation assistance is provided.
