This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Lead a team of field sales representatives and managers to implement the sales strategy and achieve annual KPIs and objectives.
• Oversee, develop, and inspire the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales capability team to provide training.
• Develop and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue KPIs and targets.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Manage customer business relationships to ensure top-tier category execution.
• Work alongside account, category, activation, sales capability, and customer finance stakeholders.
• Utilize category insights and tools to coach the team and sway customer decisions.
• Propel sales and market share growth in the designated area.
• Assess market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to uncover business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses.
• Build relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and related activities.
• Manage operational budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Generate and review sales reports, providing recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee trade stock management.
• Extensive knowledge of market dynamics and routes-to-market relevant to Mondelēz International.
• Proven experience in sales and leading a team of sales professionals.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales and negotiation processes.
• Tenacity and a keen eye for detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
• Established record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in wholesale.
• Background in FMCG and wholesale sales.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to work independently and manage various priorities in a fast-paced environment.
